Wedding and Family

Well Travis' big day is now just 4 days away and everyone is making final preparations (parents on both sides anyway) for Sunday. I am so glad for Travis to be getting a great Godly woman to share life with and they are so much alike. Tammy and I are enjoying the time and can't wait!

With that in mind, of course family is coming in and everyone from California will be in tonight. Can't wait to see Brian (brother) and the family, it has been a few years. Tammy's parents and mine are already here, and Ashley, Reed and the grand baby will be here tonight as well.

We love the fact that we are all going to be together for the first time in about 8-10 years!!!!

Thoughts

Here are some of the things that just bug me. As a middle school pastor there is a very short window of opportunity in which to make an impact in a students life. Have we been successful with this group of 8th graders moving on?

God has used these students in a tremendous way over the last three years and they have touched my life more than a group ever has. As i look at their ministry God has used them and touched them with tremendous talents and gifts.

God keep them close to you! Students keep close to God and keep drawing nearer and nearer as the years go by, don't be one of the statistics of those that fall away!

Family and Riptide Updates

Well as you all know Tammy is doing better so thank you for all your prayers and please know that she is thinking about all of you.

Things for the summer are now in place for the mission trip and i hope that all that want to come to Boston can.
